二 | 此外，在去年9月9日，辛国斌在国新办“十四五”规划主题发布会上就曾指出，新能源汽车产业非理性竞争问题比较突出，高端制程车用大算力芯片仍有短板。
三 | 当时数据显示，“十四五”期间我国新能源汽车产量从2020年的约140万辆跃升到2024年的约1300万辆。 在政策层面，工信部已于去年10月启动组织编制“十五五”智能网联新能源汽车产业发展规划，统筹推动产业高质量发展，支持技术创新和产业升级。
